How To Get Custom Down Jacket

• Your logo or brand file: Please provide your logos in vector formats such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.
• Design mockup: Either provide tech packs, or alternatively, offer at least three high-resolution reference images depicting different views or sketches if you don’t have the packs
• Artwork Files: The files intended for print, embroidery, notions, and packaging need to be in vector format, and their dimensions must be specified.
• Size Chart: A chart detailing the garment measurements for each design is required. Please note that body measurements cannot be utilized for this purpose

I don’t have any of the above, but I still want to customize the clothes, is it possible? Or can you help me complete the design work?

• What are the delivery times?

  A standard container usually takes 4-6 months to complete using stock fabrics and 6-8 months for custom fabrics.Lead times are calculated based on our estimated time from the start of production to completion.

• What are your shipping options?

  We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.
  For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.

• How much do I need to start?

  Our minimum order is 100 Pieces of a Single Style and Color. You can adjust your order according to your needs.

1. Touch base with us
   • After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.
2. Get Quotation
   • Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.
3. Product development
   • Don’t have a tech pack? No problem—we can draft and design one for you. The techpack will contain technical information, details and instructions that will be relayed to the factories for manufacturing your garments.
4. Souring
   • After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection
5. Creation of samples
   • While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalise your details and develop tech packs for your designs. We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples. Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production
6. Bulk production
   • Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.
7. Quality checks & control
   • When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will mend pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.
8. Packing & shipping
   • We’ve come to the final part! In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
